At Instructure, I served as a technical engineer for the Canvas LMS ecosystem, ensuring that the technology behind the world’s leading learning platform remains seamless and reliable. My role is a strategic mix of real-time systems monitoring and high-touch technical consultancy.

What I Do:

  1. Systems Health & Oversight: I proactively monitor device health and portal status, managing configuration controls to resolve issues before they impact the user experience.

  2. Precision Troubleshooting: From rapid-response chat and email support to deep-dive remote desktop sessions, I provide immediate, hands-on solutions for complex hardware and software bottlenecks.

  3. Technical Authoring & Consulting: I translate intricate technical hurdles into clarity. Whether I’m guiding clients through nuanced problems over the phone or authoring comprehensive technical manuals, I focus on empowering users with actionable knowledge.

  4. Operational Excellence: I manage the full lifecycle of service requests, ensuring every technical touchpoint, from basic ticket registration to advanced system configuration, is handled with speed and accuracy.
