Local President (Elect) & Vice President | AIESEC in Debrecen

I led the local operations for the world’s largest youth-led organization, focusing on international exchange programs and B2C marketing. My work centered on creating professional and volunteering opportunities for students while managing high-performing teams.

Key Achievements:

  1. Award-Winning Performance: Led the branch to win multiple national awards from AIESEC in Hungary for excellence in Sales and Marketing.

  2. Leadership & Growth: Promoted from Vice President to elected Local President after successfully managing the "Global Volunteer" and "Global Talent" programs.

What I Managed:

  1. Team Leadership: Directed multiple teams (up to 15 people), overseeing project planning, daily data analysis, and accountability routines.

  2. International Partnerships: Built and managed strategic connections with partners in Egypt, Turkey, Greece, and Belgium to facilitate global exchanges.

  3. Marketing & Operations: Spearheaded B2C marketing campaigns to promote exchange programs aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

  4. Training & Public Speaking: Acted as a lead trainer and facilitator at national conferences, representing the organization’s brand to large audiences.
